About the Choo’s

Welcome to the Choo's life, We are Breanna, Doug, weston and Levi. Here you will find snippets of our life and daily adventures raising our children. We enjoy traveling, eating great food and lifes simple everyday joys together as a family. I decided to start this blog because the years seem to be going by way to fast and I would love to be able to look back on our journey with our boys and see the progression of our family. Twenty years ago I lost the most special man in my life, the man that played endlessly with me, the man that made me smile and laugh, the man that I have longed to one day see again. I have been told while growing up how funny he was, how I look just like him and how much he adored me. Recently while at my Mom’s in my childhood house where my fondest memories are of him, my mom looked at me after watching Levi play, she said “do you know who’s eyes Levi has? ... your dads!” The sun was shining right on Levi and he looked so angelic standing in my moms beautiful garden surrounded by flowers that my dad once planted. For the first time in twenty years I felt this calmness, this intense feeling that he was there with me. That he was looking right back at me. While I look at his baby pictures all I see is Levi, not only in his eyes but the way he carries him self, and this mischievous look. Levi brings so much joy and humour into our lives just like my dad did in his short time on this planet. I feel incredibly thankful to have this bright little boy in my life that now when I look into his eyes I feel so much love and acceptance ❤️ . . . . . . #missingyou #lifeisstrange #lifeisbeautiful #lifeisgood #dad #childhood #memories
